Thank you for shopping with AIRO. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.
Shipping locations
We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not usually processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.
During busy periods, sales events, or unexpected delays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Delivery time
Our estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
Most orders arrive within approximately 4 to 8 business days from the date the order is placed, including processing time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, delivery location, weather, public holidays, or other delays outside our control.
Shipping cost
We currently offer free standard shipping on UK orders.
Any available delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number by email, if tracking is available for your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect delivery details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopairo.co.uk. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@shopairo.co.uk with your order number.
We will check the delivery status and help resolve the issue.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopairo.co.uk. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the item inside.
If the item itself is damaged, faulty, or not working, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for the next steps.
